Bright & Airy Tribeca Two-Bedroom Apartment

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is a cozy and peaceful place to relax after a long day of activities. The bright and airy design and decor give it a natural, serene atmosphere. It’s conveniently located on Franklin Street in Tribeca in the heart of downtown New York City. There’s generally parking on the block or all of the streets surrounding it.

The first bedroom has a minimalist, yet classic design. It has a comfortable bed for two people. The second bedroom features a crib and changing table, making this the perfect place for a couple with a small child to stay. The spacious living area has a sofa bed that can sleep two more people.

The living area is separate from the bedrooms giving the bedrooms an additional level of privacy. There are large windows that let in an abundance of natural light with a comfortable leather couch and sitting chair in the living room. I love to have low-maintenance plants throughout the home to give it a fresh and natural feel. Grab one of the books in our collection off of the shelf, grab a cup of coffee, and have a seat!

If you’re looking for a kid-friendly restaurant, I’d recommend Nish Nush. They serve vegetarian, Moroccan, and Greek food. The Falafel Trio is huge and absolutely delicious. They also offer takeout and delivery if that’s more convenient for you, which it often is when you have children!

The Collect Pond Park, which is an urban green space with a reflective pool, is only a few blocks away. Thomas Paine Park and Foley Square are also nearby. We’re also not far from the Brooklyn Bridge and the East River.

I like to go to the AIRE Ancient Baths New York spa as often as I’m able to. It has the most luxurious and soothing baths and treatments. I usually spend a couple of hours there relaxing in the baths and getting a massage. You’ll want to make an appointment before going!
