What Happens If I need to Cancel my Booking?
We have two different scenarios in the event that you need to cancel your paid reservation:
Regular Cancellation: You can cancel anytime and receive a full refund (100%) of the paid amount into your credit or debit card on file with our online payments processor company.
Last Minute Cancellation: If you cancel 15 days or less days prior to the date of your arrival, owners are entitled to 30% of the funds paid . This compensates for the dates that the owner is unable to re-rent his/her apartment. However, in the event that the apartment is re-booked for the full period, we will refund the remaining 30% to your credit/debit card to complete a full refund!

How Do I Book an Apartment at
For making a booking simply go to the apartment listing’s page, select your booking dates and an invoice will pop on the screen. Click on the blue button at the bottom to input your credit cards details and make the payment.
Important: Please note that some international users might experience declined transactions, often because they need to pre-authorize the transaction with their banks first.

How Can I Know That my Credit/Debit Card Details are Safe With You?
